The Board is always very keen to receive feedback from our members. To provide another avenue for members to voice their thoughts and comments we have introduced a formal members’ survey. This yearly event will supplement the numerous other existing methods for members to provide feedback – it is not however a replacement for existing feedback methods which will remain in place. The Board will use the feedback to assist in targeting the areas considered of most importance to members and also to measure progress on a year on year basis.

We encourage all members to complete the survey – we want to hear your thoughts and suggestions and as an additional incentive one member will be awarded a $100 credit to their house account from a draw of all who complete the survey by the due date.
