This is a reminder that Members Accounts will be unavailable for use on Wednesday November 20th.
RPGC is migrating our membership database software to MiMembership in the coming week. To enable this transition, all member accounts including Prize Account, House Support and House Top-Up will be frozen for balancing at close of business on Tuesday November 19 at 7pm.
Members will be unable to make purchases from or apply credit to these accounts on Wednesday November 20th. As we will be bringing the balances over to the new MiMembership system.
This means that any purchases made at the bar, restaurant, Pro Shop or office, on Wednesday November 20th, must be made with cash or card.
For any members playing in Wednesday’s competition, the Pro Shop will apply your winnings to your Prize Account the following day.
Members accounts will be re-activated on Thursday November 21st.
We apologise for the brief inconvenience and appreciate member’s understanding as we make this change for the overall improvement of the Club.
