The 2023 Annual Report contains the Directors’, Financial and Auditors’ Report for the year ending 31 August 2023.
Prefacing the above reports is the Notice of the 93rd Annual General Meeting to be held at the Clubhouse, 1156 Victoria Road, West Ryde, NSW, on Tuesday 5th December 2023 at 7.30pm.
The Annual Report will also be available from the Members’ homepage within the Members’ Login section of the website.

If members have any General Business or questions on items appearing in the 93rd Annual Report, they are respectfully asked to place these matters in writing to the General Manager on or before 24th November 2023 to allow a properly researched response to be given.
Nominations for the 2023-24 Board of Directors and Officers closed on Tuesday 7th November 2023 at 5.00pm.
Director Positions Elected (unopposed)
At the time of closing, the number of candidates were equal to the number of positions available for President and Treasurer. As a result, I am pleased to announce the following as elected Directors Elect for the ensuing 12 months:
(L-R): Martin Ryland-Adair (President), and Bob Maike (Treasurer)
The Position of Captain did not receive any eligible nominations.
Election for the position of Director (4 to be elected)
At the time of closing there were seven (7) nominations for the four (4) Director positions available. An election will be conducted at the 93rd Annual General Meeting for these positions.
